Stacy Claflin’s “Deception”
Sorry this one is late. The good news is that the draft of Flowers and Bones is now done. I’m now onto the final pass of the book before sending it to our editor. I hope to have the other book ready for Thursday. It might be posted late though. Onto this week’s book review.
I like the unique view of what a vampire is and the pop cultural references to sparkly vampires. This book’s themes are about finding who you are and where do you belong. The main character’s journey is one of twists and turns’ including the pit falls of being popular in high school and being in with two guys at the same time. The main question leading to the next book in the series is what’s more important the person your destined to be with or the person you build a relationship with? I would recommend reading this free ebook.
Ms. Claflin has two Urban Fantasy and Paranormal series. She also has two thriller series and one sweet romance series. She can be found on her website here: http://stacyclaflin.com/ or Amazon here: www.amazon.com/Stacy-Claflin/e/B008AXCK1Q/ or Kobo here: https://www.kobo.com/us/en/search?query=Stacy%20Claflin&fcsearchfield=Author or Apple here: itunes.apple.com/us/author/stacy-claflin/id659478674?mt=11 .
Remember if you get the free ebook to review and rate it! The other book this week is Kyoko M.’s “The Black Parade.” This looks interesting do to the premise of a Seer atoning for murder and getting to know Archangel Michael. Look for this review on Thursday!
