Nadia Scrieva’s Drowning Mermaids

Thank you for your patience in waiting for this book review. This week’s book review will be on time. Onto the review.

Drowning Mermaids is an interesting twist on what mermaids are and how they live. The two main characters are both younger and older. For example the heroine’s chronological age is older than the hero. But physically, she appears younger than he is. The characters raise questions like what is truth? Does communicating well affect your relationship? Can you forgive? The complexity of the relationship between the mains pulls you in and doesn’t let you go. I strongly recommend getting this book and reading it.

Nadia Scrieva has six books in the Scared Breath series which Drowning Mermaids is the first book. (Note there’s an alternate title for this book: Ice Princess) She has another trilogy called Thirty Minutes to Heartbreak. Scrieva can be found at her website here: http://www.nadiascrieva.com or Amazon here: www.amazon.com/Nadia-Scrieva/e/B006JQ47PI .

Remember if you do get this book remember to rate and review the author on your favorite online retailer. Thursday’s book review will be Nicole R. Taylor’s “The Witch Hunter.” The blurb talks the hunter waking up and finding it’s a hundred and fifty years later. It looks will be a fun read. See you on Thursday!
