Kim Richard’s “Marked: Soul Guardians”

This book is a fun read. The pacing of this book is a page turner. The heroine dies in the first chapter then ends up in Horizon or as we call it Heaven. The heroine finds herself in a variety of different situations involving missions and demons. When she gets marked by a demon all sorts of chaos, during the chaos she gets assigned to a life quest. Success isn’t a guarantee, certain death around the corner, and a heart to figure out make this book interesting. I liked how well-written the story and characters are in this book. If you’re a fan of stories like Maximum Ride or The Mortal Instruments then this is a book for you.
